Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget control, and on-time delivery.
This role involves working closely with internal teams—including Operations, Warehousing, and Production—and collaborating with the VP, Client Partnerships. Experience with Asana (or similar project management software) is considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage tradeshow and experiential projects from start to finish.
- Develop timelines, budgets, and task lists in Asana or comparable software.
- Oversee on-site logistics and installation.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with the VP, Client Partnerships to align project execution with client expectations.
Budget & Financial Management
- Manage project budgets, purchase orders, and reconciliations.
- Track costs against estimates and flag variances early.
- Support accurate invoicing and project close-out.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of project management experience (tradeshows, event production, or fabrication preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools; Asana experience is an advantage.
- Organization: Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets and tracking costs.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with event logistics and fabrication processes.
Salary Range
- $75,000 – $89,000 per year (based on experience)
- Full-time, in-person role based in Pitt Meadows, BC.
